1. Application of the general terms and conditions
The agreements between the buyer and Monde Sauvage Safari SRL, a Belgian limited liability company, with its registered office at Fange de Deigné 3, 4920 Aywaille, and registered with the BCE under number 0425.002.530 (the “Monde Sauvage” or the “Park”), are fully and exclusively governed by these general terms and conditions and its annexes (Internal Rules and Park Privacy Policy), notwithstanding any contrary provision appearing on any document issued by the client and accepted by Monde Sauvage.

2. Prices
2.1 The prices of tickets, annual passes or services are listed on the website www.mondesauvage.be in euros, all taxes included. Special conditions apply only at the ticket counters on the day of the visit. Any discount or free entry requires presentation of an official proof.
2.2 Anyone requesting a special rate (PRM, senior, child) must be able to prove their eligibility with an official document when passing through the entrance control or when purchasing their ticket or subscription at the ticket counters.
3. Age category
Admission is free for children under 3 years old. The child category includes persons between 3 and 11 years old. The adult category includes persons between 12 and 59 years old. The senior category includes persons aged 60 and over at the time of the visit.
4. Online booking
When purchasing online, the buyer is required to follow all steps. During the process, the buyer must provide specific information necessary for managing their order. The buyer confirms that this information is accurate and up to date. The buyer registers with a password, which allows them to save their data.
Once recorded, this information will allow the buyer both to complete future transactions more quickly and to review previous and completed orders. The ticket buyer must take all necessary precautions to keep their password confidential. Monde Sauvage does not share your password with third parties.
5. Personal data
Data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and Monde Sauvage’s privacy policy, available on the official website. The Client may exercise their rights at any time via rgpd@mondesauvage.be.
By purchasing tickets, after being informed of the general terms and conditions, the buyer acknowledges having read Monde Sauvage’s privacy policy.
When the buyer is a company and provides personal data concerning a third party, they warrant that they are legally authorised to do so and that this transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In particular, where applicable, they warrant that the data subjects have been informed of this transfer and of Monde Sauvage’s privacy policy. The buyer releases Monde Sauvage from any liability in the event of a claim by a data subject if such claim is directly or indirectly related to a breach of this warranty or of their obligations under applicable data protection laws and regulations.
6. Entrance tickets
The ticket is issued in PDF format. Each ticket has a unique barcode and can only be used once. Reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
7. Annual pass
The annual pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and provides unlimited access to the Park and most activities, except for the Safari Train. Proof of identity may be required. A duplicate can be issued in case of loss for an administrative fee.
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, the Client has 14 days from the date of online purchase to cancel their annual pass, provided it has not already been used.
8. Special activities
Some activities (guided tours, giraffe encounters, “keeper for a day” experience) require a separate reservation. They may be canceled or rescheduled due to health, weather or veterinary constraints.
9. Payment
Any order confirmed online requires payment. No refund will be given for an unused ticket.
10. Exceptional closures and rescheduling
In the event of Park closure due to force majeure (weather, government decisions, maintenance, etc.), the Client may be offered a rescheduling or a voucher. Partial closure of certain areas or activities does not entitle the Client to a refund.
11. Non-use of ticket or annual pass
Entrance tickets are valid for a single entry on the date indicated on the ticket. No refund will be given for an unused ticket or annual pass.
12. Opening hours and privatisation
The Park may be privatised on certain days or restrict access to specific areas. These situations do not entitle subscribers or visitors to any compensation.
13. Compliance with visiting rules
The Park’s internal rules are available at the following website: https://www.mondesauvage.be/en/reglement-interieur. Without prejudice to the specific provisions below, the Internal Rules are an integral part of the rules that apply to the buyer during their visit.
Visitors agree to comply with the internal rules, ensure the safety of animals and facilities, and respect the Park’s natural environment. Any dangerous or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
14. Additional information
14.1 If any provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be null, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any jurisdiction, all other provisions of the terms and conditions shall remain in effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14.2 Termination by notice as provided in Article 5.93 of the Civil Code is excluded.
14.3 In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the English, French and Dutch versions of these general terms and conditions, the French version shall prevail.
14.4 These general terms and conditions and their annexes (Monde Sauvage’s Privacy Policy and Internal Rules) constitute the entire agreement between Monde Sauvage and the buyer. They govern all relations between Monde Sauvage and the buyer.
15. Applicable law
This agreement is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Liège shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
