• A dedicated rate will be granted at the park entrance upon presentation of a disability card.

• The entire park features wide paths and trails, making the visit accessible to people with reduced mobility.
• We do not offer wheelchair or crutch rentals.

Assistance dog:

Dogs are strictly prohibited in the park, EXCEPT FOR ASSISTANCE DOGS and under the following conditions:

At the park entrance:

• The person with reduced mobility or visual impairment must present themselves at the park entrance with their assistance dog, carrying the animal’s veterinary booklet and the identification card issued by the “Belgian Assistance Dog Federation” (BADF), certifying that the dog was trained by an accredited trainer (1) and confirming the identity of its owner (2).
  The information shown on the identification card must strictly match the identity card of the person with reduced mobility or visual impairment and the dog’s microchip number.
• The assistance dog must be up to date with vaccinations, dewormed, and vaccinated in particular against canine distemper. Given the risk of transmission of canine distemper associated with bringing a dog carrying this disease into contact with the park’s animals, Monde Sauvage reserves the right to refuse entry to the park to a person with reduced mobility or visual impairment accompanied by their assistance dog.

Within the park grounds:

• The assistance dog must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be unleashed under any circumstances.
• The person with reduced mobility or visual impairment accompanied by their assistance dog may only access the facilities marked in red on the map below:

Specific conditions for educational demonstrations:
A person with reduced mobility or visual impairment is not permitted to attend the educational demonstrations of parrots, sea lions and birds of prey while accompanied by their assistance dog.
